  1. Head to the Sources tab to add a new source. Under 'Add a Source,' pick 'Add Gmail.' Grant Soocial access to your Gmail contacts and choose 'Merge Gmail.
  2. Log on to your Google Gmail account. In the left column, click Contacts. At the top of the contacts section, click More actions, and then click Export. Under Which contacts do you want to export, click a contact group or All Contacts).

No Exchange Sync

Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) was developed and licensed by Microsoft. There are many limitations of the protocol.
